We hired John from Spark Underground and Grading to handle a major project on our property, including land grading, creating water runaways for flood prevention, and installing a brand-new driveway. We are absolutely thrilled with the results! Especially, with the attention to detail of blending the projects with are other connecting pathways was great! From start to finish, John demonstrated perfect communication and the highest level of professionalism. He kept us constantly updated on his progress and took the time to educate us on exactly what he was doing and why. John truly cares about the quality of work, and it was immediately noticeable when doing the evaluation by the questions being asked, discoveries on the property, what to look out for and clear instructions when the project is completed to keep an optimal final product. Gave me a great quote on installing septic for my adu, scheduled the work to be done in 2 days (paying a rate per day) and John banged it out in 1 day and charged me just for the 1 day. Great quality work, left the property looking better than when he came. Would recommend him to any friend or neighbor.

I contacted Sparks UG with a unique request of building a pit bike track in my backyard. John came over to survey the work area and come up with a game plan to tackle the track build and meet my requirements. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, great communication throughout and the jumps came out perfect. Lucky for me, John also rides dirt bikes and knew exactly how to shape and space out the layout to work for the small pitbikes. We were looking for someone to do some grading for us at our property. After looking around we had contacted John at Spark Underground and Grading. We explained what we were looking to do and he was all over it suggesting ideas. We had him come out and take a look at what we needed and ended up choosing them to come out and grade a pad for us.
